Souderton is now seeking a Chief of Police who brings confident leadership, clear expectations, and a steady presence to guide the department into its next chapter. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience, and is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
